Livestock Shipping

• Shipping is $39.99 Out of State | New Jersey Shipping is $29.99. Livestock orders over $299 ship free.

• All live items are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight twice a week—Monday and Thursday—at the beginning and end of each week.

• Certain remote areas are delivered later in the day. We use specific packing means necessary to ensure the safe arrival of your livestock.

• In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), you must submit a DOA Request within 2 hours of delivery (FedEx posted time). Picture and/or video of the dead coral(s) in original bag BEFORE and AFTER opening.

• Once we receive the request we will issue a replacement or store credit.

• The store credit does not include the cost of shipping. We do not offer refunds on livestock or shipping.

• JK-Fish cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays that may cause your FedEx shipment to arrive late. Keep in mind we do whatever we can do to make it right!

• We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

• We do not ship livestock outside of the continental US.

• Due to unknown parameters in home aquariums, we cannot refund or replace livestock once they are put into the designation aquarium.
