Collection: Damselfish

Damselfish are small, hardy marine fish belonging to the family Pomacentridae, well known for their bright colors and territorial behavior. Commonly found in tropical coral reefs, they are among the most popular choices for beginner saltwater aquarists due to their resilience and ease of care.

Species such as the Blue Devil Damselfish and Yellowtail Damselfish are admired for their vibrant appearance and active nature. While generally peaceful when young, many damselfish become aggressive as they mature, especially in smaller tanks or when defending territory. They thrive in well-established aquariums with plenty of rockwork for shelter and are best kept with similarly robust or semi-aggressive tankmates.
