Refund policy

At JK-Fish, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with each custom aquarium installation and product we deliver. Due to the custom nature of our products and services, we do not accept returns.

However, if an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo showing the issue. Upon review, we may offer a replacement or refund for up to three instances. After the third instance, we will work with you to determine the best possible solution within reasonable limits. Our goal is to provide high-quality service and maintain transparency in all our customer interactions.
